This schedule is not set in stone but it should give you an idea of what we're thinking. In addition to the required On-Ramp courses, we will also require that each prospective member sign up for and attend a Free Trial session. These will be offered during the day, between and after classes. If you have any questions, please feel free to message or email. 

We plan on opening our doors with three coaches on staff. Stay tuned to find out more about your coaches and their qualifications/experience. If anyone is interested in knowing more about interning/coaching CrossFit, please message or email us.

Weekdays at 5am, 6am, 8:30am, 5pm, and 6pm
Mon/Wed/Fri at 11:30am
Tues/Thur at 12pm
Saturdays at 9am

Open Gym

Tues/Thur at 4pm
Saturdays from 10-11:30am

Strength Training

Mon/Wed/Fri from 12:30-1:40pm

On-Ramp Courses

Mon/Wed at 7am

Sat/Sun at 12pm
